Ingredients

  • 1 beef brisket
  • 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce chopped
  • 1 package of spareribs crumbled
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cans of black beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup of your favoriteBBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your Royal Gourmet SE2801 Electric Smoker to medium-high heat.
  • Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 hours or until the beef is cooked through.
  • While cooking beef, combine the BBQ sauce, black beans, corn, and onionin a large bowl.
  • When the beef is cooked, take it off the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it thin. Serve with the mixture from step 3 on top.
