Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  • Add in the canned tomatoes, black beans, red kidney beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on top.
