Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts pounded thin
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
