Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk yogurt or cream
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the banana. Pit the strawberries and chop them into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the banana, strawberries, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds, honey and milk.
  • Mix until everything is coated well.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass jar or container and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to overnight.
