Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to Z Grills Wood Pellet Grill & Smoker from medium to high.
  • Season the pork chops with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and toss to coat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the pork chops over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
