Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your TraegerGrills Ironwood 885 Wood Pellet Grill and Smoker to 350degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix the apple cider vinegar, honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Season the turkey breast generously with salt and black pepper. Place it onto a rack in the smoker for about 1 hour or until the turkey is cooked.
  • Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing it into thin strips. Serve hot!
