Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin and black pepper. Brush the brisket with the spice mixture.
Grill the brisket for 8 to 10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil until well combined.
Skewer the brisket strips and serve with the ranch dressing.
