Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small chicken wraps halved

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together black beans, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken wraps and cook until browned on both sides. Serve with the bean mixture.
