Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced smoked turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
  • Stir in flour and continue cooking for 1 minute
  • Add milk and whisk until smooth
  • Raise the heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, and shredded cheese, smoked paprika, black pepper, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard. Mix well and cook until all the cheese is melted about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
