Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and oregano leaves; set aside.
  • Sprinkle beef ribs with the seasoning mixture; spread evenly over the surface of the ribs.
  • Keep it for an hour and then cook.
  • Place the beef ribs in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag shut and turn it so that the ribs are coated evenly.
