Ingredients

  • 4 beef ribs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large orange juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
  • 4. Let the ribs sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat up the vegetable oil until hot.
  • When the oil is hot, carefully place the ribs into the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Place the onion and green pepper on the smoker grid and smoke for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
