Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken legs.
