Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef tallow
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the beef tallow over medium heat until hot.
