Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1 cup of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cups of chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
