Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • To taste, combine chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over the chicken drumsticks.
  • In a large bowl, combine soy sauce and honey. Pour half of the soy sauce mixture over the chicken drumsticks; turn to coat.
  • Grill chicken drumsticks for about 25 minutes, turning once or until they are cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
  • Grill lime wedges alongside the chicken for a citrusy touch.
