Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over sweet potatoes and sprinkle with smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and lime juice before serving.
