Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bun
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Jalapeño pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat Ninja OG701 Woodfire Outdoor Grill. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 1. Preheat your grill or smoker to medium heat.
  • 2. Grill or smoke the chicken until it is cooked through and slightly charred.
  • 3. Slice the chicken on a bias into thin strips.
  • 4. Spread some mayonnaise on the bottom of the bun, top with the chicken strips, and top with some shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Season with black pepper and jalapeño pepper, if desired.
