Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 thin slices of smoked ham
  • 8 thin slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  • Spread chicken breasts out on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Spread mixture over chicken breasts.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  • To assemble sandwiches, spread one slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of the roasted chicken mixture. Top with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Top with another slice of bread and press down firmly to seal the ingredients in the sandwich.
  • Slice tomato and place on top of the sandwich.
