Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 sandwich buns
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Salt
  • 8 ounces smoked chicken, shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, ketchup, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Place chicken breasts on grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
