Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, grilled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 Lettuce
  • 8 thin slices wheat bread
  • salt to taste
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste

Instructions

  • Preheat your Green Mountain Pellet Tailgating Grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder and black pepper. Spread one side of each slice of bread with the mixture.
  • 3. Place the chicken slices on top of the mayonnaise mixture and top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and banana slices.
  • 4. Close the sandwiches and grill for about 5 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through and the bread is toasted. Serve hot.
