Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, smoked paprika, and cumin. set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. When hot, add chicken wings and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Transfer chicken wings to a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • To make the sauce, mix chicken broth and honey in a small bowl. Pour sauce
